• Platform IDs: Your TradingView username (to grant indicator access) and Discord ID (for community integration).
• Payment Information: Billing details are collected and processed securely by Stripe. We do NOT store your full credit card number, CVC, or expiration date on our servers. We may store a truncated card reference (last 4 digits) for display in your billing history.
• Trading Data: If you use the trading journal feature, any trades, notes, screenshots, and statistics you enter are stored in our database.
• Usage Analytics: We collect anonymous usage data including page views, feature usage, and performance metrics via Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights.
• Community Content: Posts, comments, votes, and other content you create on the Chart Breakers community platform.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your information strictly for fulfillment, communication, and improving your experience:

• To authorize your specific TradingView account to use our protected scripts and indicators.
• To invite you to the private sections of our Discord server.
• To send important updates about indicator versions, mentorship calls, or account changes.

• To power gamification features like XP, badges, streaks, and leaderboard rankings.

• Active accounts: All account data, trading journal entries, community posts, and progress data are retained while your account is active.
• Cancelled subscriptions: Your account and data remain accessible. You retain access to community features but lose access to gated content (courses, vault, knowledge base).
• Account deletion: Upon request, we will delete your account and all associated personal data within 30 days. Some data may be retained in anonymized form for aggregate analytics. Community posts you authored may be retained with your display name replaced by “Deleted User.”
• Billing records: Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations.
